“Absolutely fabulous hotel, we will continue to use it when we are travelling through Gatwick airport! Very helpful and friendly staff (toilet issue that they got on immediately for us), fabulous breakfast, and the bus stop is 40m away with plenty of buses running to and from the airport. New building, very clean, spacious rooms. Everything was great!”

“Lovely hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Swimming pool was beautiful and (when I was there) very quiet. There's also a small sauna and steam room, and a tiny (but perfectly formed) gym, Excellent breakfast selection, and again staff very helpful, even with late arriving guests. The bar menu was limited, but delicious. Had one of the best curries I've ever had there. It's a very convenient distance from Gatwick by car, so well worth staying at for an overnight before a……

“It was not a very bad hotel but it happened to have some car event outside the hotel at the carpark and so we were not able to get a parking space. And I heard that these events happened all the time so just in case if you are bumping into one of there it’s gonna be a big trouble ( terrible traffic and no parking space till 10pm)”

“The hotel is good for lay over and have an onward flight the next day. It is very easy to and from airport and the underground is free of charge for 1 stop from Heathrow. Highly recommend!”

“Clean room with comfortable bed”

“Checkin was good, clean attractive reception area. Room spacious, clean and modern. Coffee machine and water provided, robes, all as expected. Smart TV that was easy to connect to cast from device. Unfortunately, there was ongoing building work at hotel, which was not clear through hotels.com. Room faced directly onto building works which started at 6am with workers shouting outside the room. Called reception who stopped the works, saying they should not have started until 8.30, but started……
