“The Royal is a great hotel situated in the quaint village of Heysham. We loved our stay. Lots of nice walks and history. The hotel has a very relaxed and chilled atmosphere. The food is excellent and all staff are friendly and display excellent communication and customer service skills. Everwhere is spotlessly clean. Free parking is an added bonus. “Lovely hotel, reception staff weee very polite & welcoming. Thanks goes to the kind house keeper who supplied items in our room despite it not been on her job list. Breakfast has a good selection of hot and cold options. The only thing we found was the toaster took a while to toast the bread.
