“Our Executive team has to come to Charlotte for work from time to time and this neighborhood is beautiful and safe! Lots of places to walk, great coffee houses, and the apartment is super comfortable and the beds are amazing! You have everything you need! Great place to be near downtown! The check in was slightly complex as you have to submit a photo ID and that was an extra step I wasn’t expecting so, we arrived at 10pm at night for me to realize I didn’t have the check in info. “Loved our stay at The Conductors Quarters. Love the exposed brick and character. The rain shower! Enjoyed the Transportation museum and train ride. Would love to have had a coffee shop nearby- but maybe little shops will come with the renovation and improvements that seem to be going on in this area. Would definitely stay here again. ”

“My friend and I stayed one night at “Sunny Daze” as we were in the area visiting The Depot at Gibson Mill on an antique hunt. The space was small, cute, and quaint! Perfect for our one night stay! We really liked that the main entry was a coded lock as well as the room coded lock which made us feel nice and safe. The area had a great pizza pub that was in walking distance that we really enjoyed. We Would definitely stay again if traveling in the area ! ”
