“My friend and I stayed one night at “Sunny Daze” as we were in the area visiting The Depot at Gibson Mill on an antique hunt. The space was small, cute, and quaint! Perfect for our one night stay! We really liked that the main entry was a coded lock as well as the room coded lock which made us feel nice and safe. “In the area to attend a concert at PNC Music Festival. This property is less than 5 miles from the venue. Brandon, our host, was very pleasant and quick to respond to any inquiries. This beautiful second floor condo is in a very nice, well-maintained community. Two nice sized bedrooms, two baths, washer dryer, large island in the kitchen. But the highlight for us was the lovely patio complete with privacy curtains. We spent more time out there than in the living room, although the massive TV was……

“In CLT for the week for work and used as a homebase. The Condo was clean, and nice; kitchen was sufficiently stocked with dishware. Condo was near all of our appointments, good location. Grocery and restaurants were also convenient and nearby. I would stay again. ”

“It took us 10 minutes to find the front door. I had to call the owner twice. It was in the back of the apartment complex facing the woods. The light over the doorway was out and it was too dark to see the entrance to the apartment. We walked in and walked out immediately in tears. We ended up in a hotel. There is NO furniture in the living room or dining area. I do not mean limited furniture, I mean NO furniture and no TV. The picture of the fireplace that is used in the advertisement....that is……
