The location is perfect for anyone visiting Margate as you are a short 15min walk away from the train station and right in the old town centre next to great coffee shops, restaurants and more. “The Royal Albion is a lovely hotel, offers a traditional atmosphere and stylish decor. Great location, overlooking Viking Bay with easy access to the beach and charming town. The sea-facing rooms offer stunning views across the bay. The staff are very friendly, attentive, and helpful. The breakfast is a highlight. It's delicious, best one I have had in an UK B&B, offering a variety of delicious options, including cooked-to-order choices, it goes well beyond the standard full English……

“Perfect location opposite the harbour and close to the beach. Good bars and restaurants on the doorstep and walkable into town or the theatre. ”

“Check in was great. Managed to park right outside the door. Room was ok. Only real complain was the en-suite. Dated and the shower valve very worn and difficult to set a good temperature. Over all would stay again. ”

“Very convenient, 20mins away from the town centre, nicely decorated & easy to park. Only reason for not being perfect throughout is the bedding was a bit thin and the electric meter cupboard door was broken so it banged in the wind & kept me up. Otherwise great”
