“Great hotel! Modern and clean. Comfortable bed and pillows. Friendly, helpful and efficient staff. On the first night of our stay, the air conditioning in our room was not working. After communication with the reception staff at 2am, he checked us into another room immediately. Really appreciate his efficiency as it was already very late. Had a comfortable stay!”

“The service apartment is spacious and tidy, facilities are in very good condition. They also provide a number of utensils and cutlery so that you can cook in the dining room. I appreciate their welcome drinks especially hot chocolate and tea bags are freely provided in the apartment. The carpark will be a bit spooky, but it only cost about 15 pound for 24 hours and the security would be comparatively better than on-sheet parking or outside carpark. “Stayed 1 night with my daughter for a Lewis Capaldi concert at the Coop Arena hotel is 2 minute walk to Piccadilly tram. Really lovely hotel with comfy beds and lovely breakfast. The staff especially at breakfast were so lovely and friendly. Would definitely recommend and will stay again when visiting Manchester. Thank you x”

“The building is absolutely lovely. The rooms a really big. We were allowed to check in early. The hotel location is really central. Although close to the railway line. So could be a bit noisy. The breakfast was nice and set in a lovely setting. The hotel offered free drinks on a happy hour which was a lovely surprise ”
