“The room is clean with very comfortable bed, location is perfect as it is in the heart of everything. The trip is a birthday trip, so they’re so sweet to decorate the room and give us some little treats. Staff are very friendly and always with big smile. We’ll definitely coming back =)”

“We had a great stay. It was a city break with my two children and we really enjoyed the experience. The CoalShed has real character and was a great place to hang out with my kids and use as a base to explore all the great stuff on offer in Bristol. We loved the games facilities and the 'honesty bar', which is a great idea and was definitely welcome in the evening. The communal area is great for socialising with the other guests as well. “The staffs are all very friendly, the areas around hotel are very safe, parking is easy just right to the hotel and we found everything we needed in our room. However, I think the hotel room is a bit dated and need a renovation. ”
