“Consistency. We always stay here when we come to Jax and are never disappointed.”

“We enjoyed the Lodge and club. Our room was amazing--view of the ocean, fireplace, large tub, and roomy shower. Most of the staff were above and beyond (some not so much, but not terribly so. Just not as nice as others in comparison). Easy access to the beach. We enjoyed the adult pool and loungers for a few days. The main disappointment is that the pool is not very big, and the loungers get filled up. The other frustrating aspect is that you have to pay to have a chair on the beach. This feels……

“The hotel was an older hotel. it had been updated, but still had an oldish vibe.Our room was very small. The space was maximized by having bunkbeds. With that being said, I would still highly recommend it. It was close to the beach within walking distance. It had many restaurants that were also within walking distance. The staff was very friendly.”

“Room has no bottle water, no door in shower room, breakfast ends 9am which is too early. No drinks after breakfast.”

“Outstanding staff from the front desk, breakfast staff and cleaning staff. The breakfast staff was so accommodating. Our room was extremely clean. The front desk (Marie) was so helpful with my oxygen. We will be staying here again!”
