However, the location after a business day is ideal and so many personal touches, including a welcome label on the door personal to you! “Lovely one night stay, hotel is modern clean and has large rooms. The bar area is well laid out. We didn’t eat, but due to its location if you need a meal you will likely end up eating there. Only one bad point is that the pillows were feather and soon went flat, I do wish hotels would have a synthetic standby pillow that does not go flat. Other than that we really enjoyed it.”

“We had a good stay at the property, staff was very friendly and helpful, bed was huge and very comfortable, comfy pillows too, nice specious room which was tad dated but was clean enough not to spoil our stay. Good pub attached to the hotel, great that it had little play area to keep little ones happy and on the day we arrived there was a bouncy castle which was huge bonus. “I stayed in the Chatsworth Ensuite room while away on business and it was such a refreshing change from a tired, soulless room in a hotel chain. The bathroom is beautiful and I left disappointed I couldn't stay longer to make use of the enormous bathtub. Rooms are all themed to different Titanic beers, which is really quirky and nicely done. I was in Steerage, and the only negative comment was the very noisy water pump that goes off intermittently once or twice and hour through the night.
