“The hotel is clean, and the staff are nice. It's very close to the highway, but there is not much around it unless you seek Chick-fil-A! There are not much of fruits at the breakfast bar, only apples.”

“They did not know the height of the parking garage I called the day before to confirm. I arrived and truck didn’t fit in parking garage but valet was excellent and had my truck parked right next to the hotel. ”

“The hotel was beautiful, but check-in was a little bit problematic. They gave me a room in the basement and not the category I paid for. I paid for a double queen, and they gave me a much smaller, less expensive room. Eventually, the manager resolved the issue and gave me the category room that I booked on hotels.com. The manager said that she was unaware of the category I reserved. I had to show her the receipt from Hotel.com. ”

“This is probably the best hotel in the Harvard Square area: great location, clean room, nice services and fantastic pool/fitness center. The breakfast on the ground floor is also first class. The only thing that can be improved is the cleaning of the room doesn’t seem very thorough, and I expect more for a hotel like this. But all in all, this is definitely my first choice should I ever visit Cambridge/Boston again in the future.”
