“Property and location were great. Tons of places to eat and grab a drink if that’s what you’re into. Close enough to wrigley to walk. Tremendouse value! Only issue was check in. I was instantly booked but then asked a bunch of verification questions and questions about my guest and our trip. Felt like these should have been asked up front. They were also being asked by a property manager so communication was a little tricky. Need to be more transparent about that. ”
