“We had a great stay. Our host was very communicative from the start and made accessing the property very easy. The place was immaculate and each room had its own air conditioner, which was nice considering it was in the 90’s outside for our whole trip. The property is in a perfect location, with a Whole Foods and a Walgreens less than a block away. “The location is very convenient—just a 15-minute walk from Boystown and 6 minutes from some great breakfast spots. One mattress should be replaced, as it is quite worn. Everything else was fine. I'm not a big fan of noisy window AC units, especially since I’m a light sleeper; even with earplugs, the noise was still bothersome. “This property was ideal for our stay in Chicago. Cannot say enough good things about the location- it was perfect. Easy access to Wrigley and the Redline. Only problem we had was loud tenants in adjoining unit into the wee hours of the morning. BUT despite that still highly highly recommend!”
