“Staff was very friendly I. The only thing I would add would be chair in the room to relax in that isn't the desk chair. Counter space in the bathroom ”

“Booked the standard room for my family trip and the room is quite spacious to store and open my multiple luggage cases. Nothing fancy, but the hotel is clean and comfortable. The thing to mention would be the positive vibes from all the reception staff. From check-in, request for additional toiletries to check-out, everybody was very helpful had a big smile.”

“Room was very clean with a huge shower. Best westerns are normally a hit or miss but this one was surprisingly a hit. ”

“The outside didn't do it justice. We pulled up thinking it looked horrible, but as soon as we went inside it was amazing. Very modern and nicely modeled. The breakfast was amazing and sealed it. The cheese omelette hit the spot and the way pancake maker was an awesome thing for the kid. I would for sure stay here again if l came back to Chicago.”
