“A really lovely place to stay. Warm and friendly welcome, beautifully presented throughout and very comfortable and clean rooms. I had a very large walk in shower which was perfect and I genuinely couldn't fault anything from the moment I walked in, to walking out. “We were upgraded to penthouse so it was fab. That said check in details weren’t sent and I had to call a few times to get them. When I got them over the phone they were incorrect. Ken saved the day when we arrived. He was a gent. Penthouse was lovely. ”

“Impressive Victorian building located on the seafront. Plenty parking, £10 for one night payable at reception. All the staff were helpful and friendly. Check in was quick, 3 receptionist on duty. The hotel and room was decorated in traditional style. The room was comfortable and clean, toiletries, tea and coffee provided. “Functional welcome, no real warmth. Room was very small, but formed of a short corridor where the shower and toilet have been installed. The bed was against the window wall and was not made properly and sheets not tucked in fully on the far side. The mattress felt old and only sufficient. The window did not close properly and let in a draught when cold outside. Conversely, during the day the room was too hot as the window only opens partially. “The Hotel Was Excellent, but unfortunately there was a lot of People arriving going to a Conference Meeting Between 6am -8am. Obviously they didn't consider People in Bed and on a Mini Break. The Noise was really bad they Woke Myself and my Wife up. Which We were both annoyed about.”
