“I had an excellent experience. The landlord, Qin, was very enthusiastic and helpful in solving our problems. The property I stayed in was located on the first floor, right next to the reception. The room wasn’t very big but was cozy and warm. It had a bathtub with plenty of hot water available. “The staff was friendly and helpful when we arrived. She helped us with a dinner reservation and advised us on some things to do in York. “My Mother and I have stayed before. We upgraded to a room with a balcony as we were there for a few nights. They can't do twins in these rooms, but the bed was a super king. It was spacious and clean. The bathroom had a bath and a shower. It was clean. The only thing that could have improved the room was a magnified mirror in the bathroom. We didn't eat in the hotel on this occasion.”
