“Check-in was supposed to be at 4PM we didn’t get into our room until after 9PM, with barely any communication the entire time. When we finally got in, the bathroom was disgusting and clearly hadn’t been properly cleaned. Easily the worst hotel experience I’ve had. I wouldn’t stay here again.”
