“Booked superior seaview room and seaview window is at toilet which is higher than normal people eye level. Double check if breakfast is included in the booking in hotels.com as the website offer two breakfast option with different price which is a bit confusing. Tried to contact hotel to confirm via booking website and official hotel email address a few time but no luck.”

“Stayed there in 1994, so almost exactly 30 years ago. Same charm, but a little more run down. Our sense was that it showed the consequence of not having a strong manager on site. Little things were a bit amiss and staff could probably use some training in customer relations appropriate to a place with Emerson's storied history and its cost”

“Stayed at the apartment with access to the main hotel facilities. The room was spacious, furniture was a bit dated but I guess that helps to maintain the charm of the hotel. The shower had no door and nowhere for us to put our shower accessories. It seems to be newly renovated bit there were some minor issues that was taken care of promptly. The service at this hotel was impeccable! The doormen always ensured we were safe and taken care of. The breakfast was one of the best I ever had at any……
