“这是我住过这么多酒店里最好的精品酒店，没有之一，老板和员工都当我们是家人，真的很暖心很贴心。 本来定了三个人的房间，网上付完钱，然后入住前一天我朋友说不来了，我又想多住一天，老板和他母亲二话不说，把我多付的第三个人钱放到多一天的房费里，让我省了不少 我本来已经退完房了，回去拿行李等车时给我们喝下午茶，搬行李上车，很窝心告诉我们怎么走怎么去。 真的是用心在经营。 下次来南非开普敦，只会住着一家。唯一缺点是地点比较不好找，有uber就很方便了。”

“The Tree House Boutique Hotel is one of the best hotel I have ever stayed. It is located in the end of a alley which makes it a more private and quiet place, as well as a sense of coziness. Furnished in a modern yet earthy style, the hotel offers a vibe of nature with much natural light. There were ceiling-high glass doors leading to the balcony in my room, where you could enjoy some leisure time right next to the tree canopy. The bed was very large in size and comfortable. “We stayed in the hotel twice, with a brief trip to Safari in between (the hotel was happy to hold one bad in between which was much appreciated). It's a very well located hotel, so close to some fantastic bars, coffee shops and restaurants (Rosetta Roastery, Nikkei & Clarkes particular local highlights for us). The rooftop bar and pool is a lovely spot to watch the sun go down. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and we would happily return.”
