“Clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful but only one staff member at front desk and she was always busy. They could use a second staff person there. Would also prefer check in at 3 and check out at 11 which is more standard. ”

I’ve enjoyed many first class meals at the Stirling where lovely Jessica has been my hostess. I chose a Malcolm Royal King room overlooking the Mount Lady Macdonald & Policeman’s Creek from the top floor this time, much quieter than the pool view. My room was spacious and comfy. “Well, our family planned a trip to Banff National park, the third largest park in the world. We booked the hotel for six nights. When we arrived at the hotel, the receptionist was quite nice, she helped us check in. When I had some questions regarding my rental car deals, she and another staff also helped me a lot. “Had a great “apartment size suite” for an amazing price. Including full kitchen with island, separate living/bedroom and even laundry and an outdoor coveted deck with bbq. Amazing value. Used the spa as well which was fantastic! Definitely recommend it!”
