“Schönes Hotel, nette Mitarbeiter/innen in allen Bereichen. Frühstück ausreichend, Abendessen ala carte. Wer das hotel bucht muss wissen, dass es abends/nachts etwas lauter werden kann wenn die Feierwütigen nach Hause kommen. Wellnessbereich ok aber müsste mal erneuert werden, vor allem der Wirlpool. Alles in allem sehr gut und die Lage perfekt. ”

“Sehr nettes Personal an der Rezeption und auch im anliegenden Restaurant für das Frühstück. Das Frühstück war für 4 Tage ausreichend abwechslungsreich und sehr lecker. Man kann täglich zwischen 2 der 4 Optionen wählen, manchmal hatte ich noch Appetit auf eine 3. Option. Immer dazu gibt es frischen Orangensaft, Joghurt mit Früchten und Kaffee oder Tee, ein 2. Kaffee hätte mich manchmal gefreut. Aber so wird wenigstens nichts weggeworfen und man überfrisst sich nicht schon am Morgen. Die Zimmer……

“Lovely stay during low season. There’s an indoor spa (indoor lounge pool, sauna, steam room and Turkish steam room). Bfast included was your typical continental buffet. Customer service was nice, got an upgrade. Decent pool outside but not deep enough for a proper swim. Door leads outdoor to the beach. ”

“Dejligt hotel i centrum af Palma. Rummeligt værelse, flot badeværelse. Virkelig lækker morgenmad med varme og kolder retter, masser af frugt og drikkevarer. Vi kom flere timer før tjek ind, men de skyndte sig at gøre vores værelse klar. Boede på hotellet ad to omgange og fik rigtig god service.”

“Overall I would say it's a three-four star hotels and the following are my reasons for this rating: 1) Lets begin with something positive--- the staff there were friendly and helpful. 2)It is definitely 30 seconds walking distance from the beach. Lots of restaurant options nearby. Also 10mins taxi ride from the airport. 3) The wifi is extremely unstable. I had 4G and didnt bother to ask the staff to get it sorted. 4) The bathroom inside my room smells foetid. It must be because of the poor……

“(+)The hotel is about 200m away from central bus/train station, right next to the old town. A big shopping mall is in the opposite side as well. The room offers minibar with extra charge, free shampoo gel, hand soap, body milk hair gel and water boiler. However there is no toothbrush and toothpaste. The mattress is comfortable, not too hard or too soft. The staff was friendly and kind. (-)The breakfast is good but it keeps same almost everyday. The sound insulation is pretty bad at least for……
