Steve and Lizzy are super friendly and accommodating - both really kind and helpful sharing info about the local area, and Lizzy made such a lovely homemade breakfast, even catering for me as a vegan, and surprised my partner with a delightful banana blueberry muffin complete with a candle for his birthday - it was above and beyond! “Sian was so kind and welcoming, she did everything she could to make us comfortable, adding a fan to the room and providing cold water on a very warm night. Lovely breakfast, a really clean and comfortable home. ”

“Great hotel and great value for money. Set in the heart of Banbury we were given a newly refurbished room overlooking the gardens. Good size room, bed and bathroom. Very clean. Do shop around for bookings as there are lots of different prices on different sites. In our case Expedia gave the best rate.”

“The shower was leaking water in 4 places and difficult to operate. Water ended up going everywhere. The shower was extremely high to step up into. My other coworkers commented on this for their rooms too. The room was never cleaned or freshened up in a Mon- Fri stay. They kept asking for tips at the bar even for one drink?”

“Cosy setting, lots of amenities in the property. Would’ve been nice to have met the owner when checking in (met him upon checking out) but otherwise really nice stay. Will happily stay there again. ”
