“The environment was very welcoming and everyday i saw how hard everyone on the staff worked in unison to provide me comfort and convenience. Elisha and Zebron i dealt with daily and they made sure everything was in order and that i enjoyed myself. “The experience was quite bad as the manager Juma intentionally showed a better and bigger room with giving us a single bed room mentioned that’s standard room we booked (which we booked a double room) and asked us to pay more for change. 2 of us changed and saw Juma directly put the money in his own pocket. The feeling is awful. In addition to that, the towel wasn’t change at all as I can find the same stain for 2 days. The housekeeper then changed after I asked. The only benefit is near……

“酒店秩序井然，设施、花园、卫生等各方面维护都很好，看得出管理层很用心，而且总会热情地打招呼问候及了解顾客感受和需要改进的地方。酒店位置离石头城很近，景色很美，有水上活动中心和马厩可以划船骑马，还有自行车可以骑到高尔夫球场去玩，当然可以打一场高尔夫看看。有小块海滩比较远一点，也不适合海里游泳，想玩海滩的听说岛北部比较合适。只是休闲的话还是很推荐的”

“Had a room at the very top of the building but good exercise with concrete steps. Room very pleasant. Good AC and kettle/coffee/tea in room. Breakfast included in room price very good. Prices for other meals expensive but lots of options within walking distance. Boutique attached to hotel. Overall convenient, clean and comfortable with pleasant and accommodating staff for a short stay in Stone Town. ”
