“Très décu de cette 1ère expérience. Pas de code de la boite à clef, il a fallu téléphoner 3 fois, whatshapp... pour avoir enfin une réponse plus de 30 minutes après. Crayant une arnaque j'ai été réservé dans un hotel plus loin. L hote devait annuler ma réservation afin de ne pas être débitée, j'attends toujours !! A fuir”

“10年前からリピートした。 周辺のホテルに比べ安いと思われる。 海にも飲食街にも近い。 残念ながらせっかくのコーヒーメーカー（デロンギ）の使用法がわからず利用できなかった。故障か？”

“Erinomaisen hyvällä paikalla. Lähellä uimaranta ja toisaalta kaupungin vanha osa ravintoloineen, kauppoineen ja nähtävyyksineen. Viehättävä alue kaikkineen. Ainoa iso MIINUS on kallis autopaikoitus läheisessä julkisessa hallissa. Pitäisi olla ainakin joku alennus pysäköintiin! Ja selkeä tieto, miten sen voi saada käyttöön.”

“Bit of trouble accessing properly at first, as no access code came through!however it was sorted within 10min!by lovely memeb of staff!who worked in bar across road!!otherwise room/cleaning/was all good!Great shower!kitchen down below also good to have and washing machine and drying!only thing i have against is itz a 15 min away from central!so if you're looking to be bilbao itself??on a gd day!lovely walk along river!about 30min?i enjoyed walking along river!though a lot of changes going……

“Nos gustó todo, la habitación muy bonita y confortable, muy aireada, la única queja no es del establecimiento, sino del establecimiento contiguo, pues hasta muy tarde hacian mucho ruido, música muy alta”

“We couldn't have asked for more or for better value. Reception was very friendly, room was brightly lit and exceptionally clean, shower was steamy with great water pressure, beds were comfortable. And the hotel was centered in Bilbao's Old Towne with plenty to do. A perfect combination!”
