“front desk gal was very sweet quick to get me checked in lobby my room & shared facilities were very clean daily room service provided (refresh of towels/ soap they make your bed/tidy the room) hotel is only a seven minute walk from the 21st st queensbridge station so very convenient the surrounding neighborhood is kinda sketch at night can get a little scary during the day it’s chill aside from that the very few cons/“complaints” I’d really have wish check in was flexible instead of……

“Very well connected to the city and to the US Open. Found some good food around. Staff were really nice and we had everything we needed. Only issue was the toilet made a loud sound when you flushed it. ”
