“Bath tub is a bit small and the internet is pretty unstable. You'd better have your own internet. The rest is all awesome. The location is great. Only 10-15 mins walk to Time Square and theatres. Staff are really helpful and friendly. I checked in on Apr 19 and the room unfortunately had a strong smoking smell, however the gentleman at the front desk helped me changed to another room immediately. I'd love to come back again.”

“The central air conditioning in the room is broken, and they placed a portable air conditioner, but it’s also faulty. When turned on, it makes such a loud noise that it’s impossible to sleep. The front desk staff were very arrogant, claiming it was our problem and that no one had complained before. That’s because the weather in New York has gotten cold recently, and that’s why we needed to use the air conditioner. They assumed it was the guest’s problem without even understanding the issue.
