“Great Hotel ! Great location !”

“The entire hotel smelled like pee. The carpets were dated and not clean. The bath tub was dirty as well. ONE other thing that got me mad was that all the power sockets in the room are not working. This place is horrendous and disgusting, definitely not a four star hotel. ”

“We loved our stay at the doubletree! It is a great location for walking just about anywhere. The staff are very friendly and professional. Parking is in proximity and a reasonable rate. The room is clean and we were even upgraded when we arrived which was nice. We would stay here again. ”

"The location is great, right next to Times Square. The hotel is old, and the most uncomfortable thing is the air conditioning, which is too noisy and makes it impossible to sleep. I can only turn off the air conditioning and sleep in the heat."
