“There are no drinking hot water as well as coffee and tea in the property. ”

“Good location with several metro entries and a CVS and many restaurants  nearby; clean but not crowded pedestrian walk in front of the hotel gate to easily get on and off the car with luggages.  Room size is okay while still bit compact to unload the big suitcase with other small ones. Amenities are okay/basic generally within our expectations. Room is quiet for us thus we had good sleep/rest. Like the breakfast offered from the destination fee, although not too many choices but basically……

“The hotel is also in a great location, very close to attractions, for example, we can walk to the Empire State Building! It is definitely a very good choice for family travel! The hotel service is great, the staff are friendly, especially Jason. He helped me a lot.”

“Poor service, do not like an under famous global hotel management group. Not clean up room daily, need to carry luggage’s myself.”

“it’s quite noisy in the room indeed. not from the square itself, but from others slamming the doors and the elevators. Yes, you can literally hear the elevators roar. And the staff of the front desk are not particularly polite.”
