“The hotel is very nice and trendy. The elevator areas and rooms are a little bit dark. I liked that the fact that the rooms had floor, and some small rug. It would be better to not have the rug. The water kept splashing out of the shower and kept the floor wet. ”

“Staff are very nice persons. Whenever I need any travel information, they actively give advice. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Location (close to China Town) is good and convenient. There are several subway lines nearby. I like this hotel and would like to recommend it to friends. ^_^”

“We had a great stay at ModernHaus SoHo. The front desk was incredibly nice and helpful - we communicated with them via text during our stay to ask questions about the property and get recommendations in the surrounding area. They also gave us complimentary champagne and put us in a corner unit, which we very much appreciated. SoHo was the perfect place for a first-time New York visit - lots of excellent pizza, shopping, and bagels nearby!”

“The stay was okay. Nothing great. We stayed 3 nights but I'm pretty sure the room was not entered once considering the towels that were used that were placed on the floor per the sign displayed were never replaced. You had to wander through a dingy maintenance area to go to the breakfast room. We've stayed in NYC before in better accommodations at the same price point. It was ok, but I wouldn't go back.”
