“We had a great stay at ModernHaus SoHo. The front desk was incredibly nice and helpful - we communicated with them via text during our stay to ask questions about the property and get recommendations in the surrounding area. They also gave us complimentary champagne and put us in a corner unit, which we very much appreciated. SoHo was the perfect place for a first-time New York visit - lots of excellent pizza, shopping, and bagels nearby!”
“The hotel is very nice and trendy. The elevator areas and rooms are a little bit dark. I liked that the fact that the rooms had floor, and some small rug. It would be better to not have the rug. The water kept splashing out of the shower and kept the floor wet. ”
"Good location with several metro entries and a CVS and many restaurants nearby; clean but not crowded pedestrian walk in front of the hotel gate to easily get on and off the car with luggages.
Room size is okay while still bit compact to unload the big suitcase with other small ones. Amenities are okay/basic generally within our expectations. Room is quiet for us thus we had good sleep/rest. Like the breakfast offered from the destination fee, although not too many choices but basically sufficient to me with good services. staff and cleaning ladies are good. Free to depose luggages of course tips are what it takes.
I wrote to prefer a high-floor room but ended getting a low one and the staff told me he could not change what’s in the system. Don’t quite understand…well that’s what it was. "
