The front desk was incredibly nice and helpful - we communicated with them via text during our stay to ask questions about the property and get recommendations in the surrounding area. They also gave us complimentary champagne and put us in a corner unit, which we very much appreciated. SoHo was the perfect place for a first-time New York visit - lots of excellent pizza, shopping, and bagels nearby!”
“Beautiful hotel! Everyone who works there goes out of their way to make you feel welcome and special! Loved the “Library”. After I got over the initial shock of no TV in the room, I embraced it and it was perfect. Fantastic location for food and shopping. I will definitely be back!! Michi was a fantastic addition!!”
“The hotel is very nice and trendy. The elevator areas and rooms are a little bit dark. I liked that the fact that the rooms had floor, and some small rug. It would be better to not have the rug. The water kept splashing out of the shower and kept the floor wet. ”
“I just stayed at Crosby Street Hotel for 6 nights and it was one of the best hotels I have stayed in and match the Firmdale's excellent service. These people know how to run a hotel. The head concierge Chris and his protege Freddy are excellent as are the front desk staff. Nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are spacious, there is a great outlook and it is in an excellent location. The interior of the hotel is interesting and inspiring.
