“Very nice room. Lovely location. The staff were not very pleasant. I inquired if they had any in room specials that I could add for my daughters wedding night and was told no but I could have something sent and they would deliver it to the room. When checking out the next morning they were given the gift basket. When my daughter called to ask a question about check in the clerk she talked to was very rude. The property itself was wonderful. Lots of restaurants nearby.”

“The room is very clean. The staff members are very friendly. My only complaint is that the curtain is supposed to cover the balcony door and it would not close all the way. Meaning we had to deal with the hot sun shining in our room. Other than that the room overall is really nice. ”

“The hotel's Wi-Fi caused me a lot of trouble. It connected automatically without needing to connect but I couldn't use it. What's more terrible is that it also blocked the data signal of our mobile phone. The second point of dissatisfaction is that there are ants on the bed and floor. The third point is that there are many people during breakfast service, and milk can only be obtained by queuing in the buffet area. There should be milk in the coffee area.”
