“Rebecca at the front desk is an absolute gem! I cannot say enough good things about how helpful and wonderful she was to our family. Room was clean and comfortable. My only complaint is the bathroom door. There is a large gap and with the chrome frame you can see the reflection of whoever is in the bathroom. Otherwise our stay was perfect. ”

“Hotel facilities were ok and moderate, I know what I paid for for an IHG group hotel. But the problem is front dest staff are very rude and reluctant to assisit. We arrive very late for late check-in but when requested to keep luggages in reception for next day morning pick up (as we are leaving/check-out in early morning, there's no meaning for us to bring a lot of luggages into our room at that late), But staff are not helping, and directly very harsh and reject us, also very in-polite. This……

“Everything was very clean. The rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. The hallway did have a “wet-cleat” smell, but there was a boys soccer team staying and it did rain, so…lol. There was plenty of parking and the pool was nice. ”
