“Very convenient for a 0505 flight the following day. Though no shuttle to airport when we checked out that early, the 5 minutes walk to airport did not create any problems unless you have lots of luggages. Check in out very smooth, buffet dinner at 20 Euro plus complimentary breakfast (even at 0230 continental breakfast) made it very convenient. Clean tidy and smooth I would stay again for and early flight from Lisbon.”

“Our stay was really bad. When we found cockroaches the 2nd time, we made a complaint to the front-desk again and asked for a room change. The front-desk attendant, showing no sympathy at all, immediately excused that a room change could not be arranged because the hotel was full. We asked her for an acceptable solution but had to leave because of our scheduled visit. We came back at night and asked for an update. The front-desk attendant called someone to get an update, showing his sympathy, and……

“The hotel is located at Marques de Pombal, a relatively commercial and safe place for tourists to accommodate. The speaker in the room is nice and echo with the theme of this hotel! The design of the slide door of shower room and toilet causes water leakage a bit, but a bath mat can fix the issue, not much concern. A great stay for 2 nights to conclude.”

“A great location, close to the underground and easy to get to from the airport. My Charm is on the third floor.The room was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed. The staff were both friendly and helpful. Very good value for money and I will certainly return to this hotel when I visit Lisbon. ”
