“Just a heads up that this B&B is actually a 25 minute drive outside of Durango. That was definitely an unexpected wrinkle in our plans. They don’t serve breakfast until 8am, and if you are riding the Durango to Silverton Railroad, you have to be AT the train station by 8:30, and that’s after you drive 25 minutes to get there, wait 5-10 minutes in line to get into their all day parking lot, and then walk to the station. That issue caused us to have to skip breakfast altogether. Bummed for sure.……

“Nikki was very kind and personable. Our stay was very pleasant. Cabin was clean and neat. We had a charcoal grill available to us had we chosen to use it. The water is well water sourced from the Pagosa Springs, CO natural hot springs. It does have a sulfur smell, but completely harmless. Was the perfect place to stay and rejuvenate for the night. Would stay there again in the future if back in the area. Thanks again Nikki for providing us with the perfect experience.”

“It was cozy and clean and the surrounding gardens were serene and beautiful. The breakfast was delicious and managers wer friendly and attentive.”

“The property was just as pictured. Had everything we needed. Only issue we had was that we couldn’t get the fireplace in living room to light. They sent people over to help but they couldn’t figure it out either so it was a little chilly. Other than that, all was great! ”

“Such a great feel to the place, cute and modern. Loved the robes in addition to walking across the street to the hot springs. Would have like at least a microwave to heat up left overs! ”

“Clean, very quiet location. Loved the modern look. The only negatives for us, the spiral stairs going up to the second floor made it a little difficult to bring luggage up. Also, the privacy wall blocks the television so you couldn’t watch television from the bed. But overall, we completely enjoyed our stay.”
