“Very convenient ”

“The check-in experience is not very good, the hygiene is terrible.After checking out, I found that my card had been deducted twice inexplicably, for two accommodation fees, two parking fees, and two pet accommodation fees. I hope the hotel can give a reasonable explanation.”

“We had a great stay - my only issue was with how gross the ceiling was and the amount of dust piled on the top of my headboard. One night we had to evacuate the hotel for no apparent reason, and there was no microwave. Otherwise we had a great time. Highly recommend the beef wellington at Gordon Ramsey's!”

“Hotel facilities were ok and moderate, I know what I paid for for an IHG group hotel. But the problem is front dest staff are very rude and reluctant to assisit. We arrive very late for late check-in but when requested to keep luggages in reception for next day morning pick up (as we are leaving/check-out in early morning, there's no meaning for us to bring a lot of luggages into our room at that late), But staff are not helping, and directly very harsh and reject us, also very in-polite. This……

“Hotel was clean and staff friendly, but entire property is showing its age and definitely in need of some upgrades and maintenance. Person in line in front of me complained of water leaking into their room during rain storm. Bathrooms are small, you can barely maneuver around with the door open. Shower had many broken and uneven tiles. All night long you could hear every door up and down the hall as they slam shut and rattle.”

“The room, workout facilities and bar area were all great. The only issues were the parking and the elevator. Only 1 elevator was working at the time of my visit, and they charge for parking in a lot that’s difficult to park in.”
