“Very convenient ”

“The check-in experience is not very good, the hygiene is terrible.After checking out, I found that my card had been deducted twice inexplicably, for two accommodation fees, two parking fees, and two pet accommodation fees. I hope the hotel can give a reasonable explanation.”

“Loved it was very new so it was clean and the bed was wonderful ”

“This spa and hotel was amazing. Beautiful building, amazing accommodations and several restaurant choices attached to the hotel itself. Spa was nice. They do numerous styles of massages but also have a "grotto" which is a room with a dry and steam saunas, large hot tub, steam shower and an ice cold shower in addition to ice cold mint-scented washcloths to use. Outside was amazing too. The outdoor pool doesn't appear to have chlorine in it. Not sure if it is the spring water but it feels good……

“This hotel was modern sleek style and it’s fairly new. Very clean and staff are friendly and courteous. Shuttle service to the airport was prompt and on time. ”

“Room was very clean and check in was quick. Staff at front desk were friendly. Breakfast might have been good, but we arrived for breakfast a couple hours after it started and they were out of sausage gravy and did not appear that they wanted to refill it, so we had to dine out for breakfast. Also, their is adequate parking, but the parking lot is awful with indentations and broken asphalt. Definitely needs to be repaved. ”
