“I will tell you.I was quite pleased with all of the staff but in particular one lady who checked us in, was so nice.I told her about my sister's and i having a get together after nine years and she left a sweet note for my sister and i as well as complimtary gift. All the staff were exceptional. ”

“When I checked in, the hotel staff didn't ask where I booking my room. They just took my ID card to check and told me that they didn't have my room. I told them that I had booked it on Expedia. and try to give them my order number, but they didn’t take look, just told me wait ，and she will try one more time, she said 4-5 times to me in this 15-20mins she didn't find my room, … after that the room I found there was no toothbrush and slippers. but the first floor there are has sold……
