“Exterior construction was super loud and constant even on Saturday when they said it wouldn't be going on. The rooms were great and the staff were friendly with the exception of the evening reception staff. They were annoyed by the guests and it showed. If you offer a free evening reception as value added to your guests, it should be done with a smile and hospitality. Not a harsh “NO Salt” when you ask for a margarita with salt. I worked for Hilton and Omni hotels for years and this reception……

“Our experience at this hotel has been the worse. We have booked through Expedia for many years and this is the first time where the hotel we booked did not offer the ammenities that it said it had. In our case it was a washer and dryer. The person at the front desk told us it was a problem out of their control because it was advertised wrong on the Expedia website and that they could NOT do anything about it. The room was also in a very poor condition. The door DID NOT close all the way and……

“It was a good hotel. It was quiet during the night. The only things that I was not happy about the hotel was the free breakfast meal for two people. We were four of us, two eat a free breakfast and the other two has to pay for their breakfast. Also, I was not happy that the hotel does not have a session in the beach with their own beach chair and umbrella. We had to pay $100 for rental beach chairs from another company in the beach. “Consistent great services across all 4 days of us staying there. Definitely clean and new as described. the rooftop pool was amazing (with warm water when we visited in feb!) gym and laundry was available and we made good use of it too. excellent hotel location with lots of good restaurants around. there’s also supermarket and pharmacy within walking distance Highly recommend!”
