“The room was wonderful. I was disappointed to find out when i checked in that there was a $15.00 charge to park my car that was not advertised in the listing. ”

“1. Bad shuttle service! Called the hotel and its operator never told us they only pick up at the blue area! just said the shuttle will be there in any minute. Caused our 50 minutes’ waiting in the chilly midnight. 2. Racist shuttle driver! When finally got on the shuttle, the old lady driver said whatever it is, you eventually get hotel by the “complementary” shuttle bus! How rude she was!!! 3. Very simple breakfast, some food are empty but didn't promptly filled. 4. Next to the Peña station,……

“Overall this was a great stay. Clean, comfortable beds, modern, just wish it had a pool…. Also, the AC wasn’t working in the lobby/hallway so it was a bit toasty leaving the room. Overall I would stay here again, decent breakfast, however why so y’all make your oatmeal so runny?? It was like soup. Coffee machine was pretty cool as it grindes the coffee bean and makes you a fresh cup. ”
