“First of all, I arrived at around 8:00pm, the woman at checkin table was not nice at all. Not patient, not friendly. I don’t know if you have trained your staff to be professional. Second, on the third day of my stay, the room cleaning service came, but I was still in the room so she couldn't clean it. After a while, I told the front desk about it when I went out. Hope to clean my room when we were out. The front desk said they would follow up, but when I came back in the evening, I found that……

“I absolutely love the property I hate the fact that the kids are always unattended and uncontrolled in the breakfast & pool area everything is such a mess and not fair to the staff and other guest kids in the pool from 8am until 11 pm it should be a cut off time for kids in the pool area respectfully we all payed to swim…eat…& relax for mothers day and that didn’t happen at all I ended up checking out a day earlier it was just to much and the parents had no regards nor respect for no one else or……
