“1. Prepaid all nights through hotel.com but hotel is still proceed the payment by first 3 days when I argue 2 times then stop the payment. 2. Air conditioner could not be adjustable and super cool all the time. 3. The escalators are very poor and always shut down. Says can WhatsApp their front desk for pick up services by foreigners but do not have WhatsApp services by the appointed phone number. Need to call them but almost waiting at least 10 mins to pick me up. 4. The keys both of them are……

“Hotel is next to Metlife Stadium and The American Dream Mall. They had a shuttle service to and from the Stadium helping us avoid the chaos that is stadium parking. Hotel bar was small, but nice, and food was better than you may expect, from the sandwiches to the salad and the wings, we enjoyed it all!”
