“I loved our stay here. It was so nice and clean, quiet, and well maintained. The room was spotless when we arrived and the daily cleaning service was great to have, they did a wonderful job. The pool and hot tub were great, the cafe in the lobby was a nice touch to my morning routine, I woke up around 7/8am and enjoyed heading down to grab a latte and sit in the lounge area to answer work emails. “I liked the overall feel and look of the hotel. Staff were so pleasant and courteous. Even when the fire alarm malfunctioned. It certainly wasn't their fault and nothing they could have done to prevent it. It was also convenient for me to walk to the university everyday for my meetings. I would stay here again. Thank you ”

“All the staff were super welcoming and always saying hello and smiling as you walked by. Smaller breakfast area, but there was take away options for people in a rush and was always well stocked. ”

“Everything was great, except for the toilet in my room, which took 5 minutes to stop refilling the water tank. The noise was disturbing. The front desk staff verified the issue around 2:00 am but couldn’t fix it, and no room change was available. I had to use the toilet three more times that early morning, which was particularly troublesome at night. Additionally, the coffee machine dispensed hairs when I tried to get hot water, making me concerned about using it for coffee. I reported these……

“Love the stay. What I don't like is being asked to take a survey that in the email appears to be one maybe two questions turns out to be a much longer process. Please respect your customer's time, tell me it' 10 questions or 20 questions or 5 min. That way I know. When I get started as I did here, I now see this is going to take a while. So forget it. Started out Excellent review. Ended with meh.”
