“1. Prepaid all nights through hotel.com but hotel is still proceed the payment by first 3 days when I argue 2 times then stop the payment. 2. Air conditioner could not be adjustable and super cool all the time. 3. The escalators are very poor and always shut down. Says can WhatsApp their front desk for pick up services by foreigners but do not have WhatsApp services by the appointed phone number. Need to call them but almost waiting at least 10 mins to pick me up. 4. The keys both of them are……

“Staff were very attentive to special request. The included breakfast was not great quality but still a nice option as you can at least find a little something you might enjoy. We felt safe in this location and inside of the hotel as they had a very complex key access system to get onto any floor via the elevator. ”
