“Very convenient ”

“The check-in experience is not very good, the hygiene is terrible.After checking out, I found that my card had been deducted twice inexplicably, for two accommodation fees, two parking fees, and two pet accommodation fees. I hope the hotel can give a reasonable explanation.”

“We stayed because there was a hot tub, front desk said yes it's open till 10PM or whatever, so we went got ready got down there and no, closed for cleaning, cold, would not be heated till next day....very disappointed!”

“Hotel facilities were ok and moderate, I know what I paid for for an IHG group hotel. But the problem is front dest staff are very rude and reluctant to assisit. We arrive very late for late check-in but when requested to keep luggages in reception for next day morning pick up (as we are leaving/check-out in early morning, there's no meaning for us to bring a lot of luggages into our room at that late), But staff are not helping, and directly very harsh and reject us, also very in-polite. “The only hangup I have with the property was the shower. That shower head was awful. And not at all adjustable. For me the shower makes or breaks the stay, and this was a real turn off. ”

“The room, workout facilities and bar area were all great. The only issues were the parking and the elevator. Only 1 elevator was working at the time of my visit, and they charge for parking in a lot that’s difficult to park in.”
