“This hotel was the last hotel of many on our very long vacation that we had taken the hotel was extremely clean beautiful everyone was pretty friendly however the location was not as described All we saw was the back of a Dollar general when we looked out our window the setting is not exactly where they claim it is and the rooms were extremely small we couldn't even get the cart from our luggage into the room I banged my knees like 10 times beautiful room but extremely tiny especially for the……

“The location was great and it was easy to get a trolley to Dollywood at the station just down the hill. The little town down the hill was also lovely. The room itself was semi-renovated (the sitting area and bedroom were fine but the kitchen was still a bit tired). The areas in the stairwell were damp and musty smelling and some of the other areas just needed a bit of tending to in terms of sprucing them up - eg. the siding on the building and the mats and cobwebs on the fencing around the……

“The hotel was very clean and quiet. Being a little ways off of the main strip was nice. We could see the island from the hotel. Breakfast buffet is not included. It was under $10 which seems fair. We didn’t get it so I don’t know anything about its quality. ”

“Staff was very kind and helpful, the rooms were a nice size, has two pools, offers complimentary coffee and cider till 11pm. Offers continental breakfast, is in close proximity to dinning and activities. The reason I gave 4 stars is because we had issues with the A/C working in our room. My daughter and I woke up at 3am sweating because the unit stopped working. I didn't call down to the office because I did not want to rick having a room change at 3am.”
