“The property itself was great! Clean, comfortable, nice and helpful staff! Decent breakfast too. The parking garage is across the street, there are no carts to haul your luggage through a parking garage, down an alley across the street to check in on the 2nd floor of the Hotel. Quite inconvenient and sooo many sketchy, drugged out weirdos in that area. It’s sad to see Colorado Springs go downhill. ”

“Food was over priced for what was served in the restaurant. The beds were extremely hard and not very comfortable after a long day in the water. We had a ton of fun in the water park and at the other activities held on site though.”

“Very nice hotel, nice service, and the room is clean. I was arrived at 12:30, I really apprecate they can accept my early check in. A convenience store near by the hotel, around 10 mins on foot. Nice airport shutle service, call them while arrived, waiting less than 10 mins.”
