“1. Prepaid all nights through hotel.com but hotel is still proceed the payment by first 3 days when I argue 2 times then stop the payment. 2. Air conditioner could not be adjustable and super cool all the time. 3. The escalators are very poor and always shut down. Says can WhatsApp their front desk for pick up services by foreigners but do not have WhatsApp services by the appointed phone number. Need to call them but almost waiting at least 10 mins to pick me up. 4. The keys both of them are……

“Ci siamo trovati molto bene in questo hotel, ci è piaciuta anche la colazione e la cortesia e disponibilità del personale. La zona è molta comoda per visita New York, anche a piedi. “C'etait notre deuxieme sejour a New-York et la premiere fois au Gallivrant. Nous avions une chambre pour 5 personnes(couche 6) La chambre etait prête a notre arrivée,tres propre et grande(ce que nous avons appréciés apres les bains de foules,donc on ne se marchaient pas sur les pieds) 2 petits bémols... 1- Une ascenseur qui fonctionne seulement,donc les escaliers peuvent etre utiles!! 2-L'eau chaude pour la douche est rare!!!..nous devions faire couler l'eau une dizaine de minutes avant de se……
