“I was on a personal trip. The staff was awesome! Check-in was quick and easy. My only concern was the water was backed up in the tub, and my last night of my 3 night stay, I requested my room to be serviced and when I returned at 9pm, my door was open from housekeeping. ”

“First of all, I arrived at around 8:00pm, the woman at checkin table was not nice at all. Not patient, not friendly. I don’t know if you have trained your staff to be professional. Second, on the third day of my stay, the room cleaning service came, but I was still in the room so she couldn't clean it. After a while, I told the front desk about it when I went out. Hope to clean my room when we were out. The front desk said they would follow up, but when I came back in the evening, I found that……
