“I asked for an accessible room. When I arrived, was told the elevator was broken & they didn’t have an accessible room for me on the first floor. I really think when the elevator breaks, people reserving an accessible room should be notified. ”

They even gifted us dog bowls and treats when we checked in. The grounds are beautiful and the mountain is fun to explore. We took the stairs to the top of the ski jump and the view is breathtaking. Overall, it's a beautiful resort with character and a little something for everyone. ”
