“This place was great for a family of 4! Plenty of space! The kitchen stocked everything we needed and then some. Very short drive to skiing. Joey the host was super responsive with any questions I had. There was a nice stocked keurig machine with plenty of tea, coffee, and hot chocolate. “This place was located perfectly between the park and the main drag where all the food is. And the kids lost their minds every time they walked out the door and saw Lake Michigan with a big cargo ship setting in port. My wife loved the coffee bar available to use. I would say if I would have to criticize anything I would say we should have picked a place with two bathrooms but that’s on us. On days all 6 of us came back at the same time to get ready for bed didn’t work out too well. The beds are……

“The owner made everything very easy and communicated every question I had. The property was beautiful as was the inside of the cabin. My entire group loved the look of it and being so close to Ski Brule is a huge plus if you are here in the winter! Definitely recommend this and hope to come back! ”

"The first night I was arranged to stay behind the elevator, which made me feel uncomfortable and vibrated. Because it was a standard double room with two beds, it was better for me to sleep in the other bed. Since I had placed two reservations, the girl at the front desk said that I had to move to the room downstairs for the second night. I said it was inconvenient, and she said there was no other way because the room was fully booked. The next day I asked another woman if I could not move to the first floor, and she said yes. I checked and found that the room rate I paid to Expedia for the second night was more expensive than the first night. Why did the hotel move me to a pet-friendly room on the first floor? It would be very inconvenient for me to move back and forth, which would affect my schedule."
