“This was a great property. Totally renovated large rooms, beds were comfy, very clean. The only slightly odd thing was walking thru the restaurant to get to our room. But the service was great, Tracey’s restaurant was amazing and Nick, the mixologist made a great whiskey sour. The location was close to everything. Great service. ”
"The first night I was arranged to stay behind the elevator, which made me feel uncomfortable and vibrated. Because it was a standard double room with two beds, it was better for me to sleep in the other bed. Since I had placed two reservations, the girl at the front desk said that I had to move to the room downstairs for the second night. I said it was inconvenient, and she said there was no other way because the room was fully booked. The next day I asked another woman if I could not move to the first floor, and she said yes. I checked and found that the room rate I paid to Expedia for the second night was more expensive than the first night. Why did the hotel move me to a pet-friendly room on the first floor? It would be very inconvenient for me to move back and forth, which would affect my schedule."
