“First time staying at The Colonies and we will definitely stay again next time we’re in Williamsburg. The property is nicely located near the outlets, supermarkets, and restaurants. The pools are great, just the right size to keep an eye on the little ones. And the rooms are spacious and clean, albeit dated. The couch in our room may have very well belonged to George Washington :) so I’d suggest they keep their furniture more up to date since many families use the living room space. Outdoor……

“We had an enjoyable stay at the hotel. The hotel was quiet and the rooms were comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. However the rooms could use some renovation especially the showerhead in the bathroom which we had some trouble with. Overall the location was good and we would visit again. ”
